Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

• No Monetary Value: All points, bids, and credits used during live player auctions on My Sports Auction are strictly virtual and possess zero real-world cash value.
• Non-Refundable: Virtual points generated or assigned for bidding cannot be redeemed, refunded, or converted into real currency under any circumstances.

2. Client Service & Usage Fee Cancellations

Advance Fee Requirement: Execution fees, platform setup charges, and software usage fees billed to event organizers, corporate clients, or leagues must be settled prior to the live auction event.

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

• More than 7 days prior to auction date: 50% refund of the total service fee (retaining 50% for initial system setup, server configuration, and data entry).
• Less than 7 days prior to auction date: Non-refundable. The entire fee is retained to cover allocated server instances and administrative costs.

3. Technical Downtime & Service Issues

• Platform Interruptions: In the rare event that a live auction session is halted due to a server failure originating directly from My Sports Auction's infrastructure, SportsNext India Pvt Ltd will host a replacement live session at no extra charge.
• Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for refunds or event delays resulting from local client network failures, client-side data errors, or incorrect player data provided by the organizer.
